I curated and design JROCK NEWS Apparel collection which releases a limited collection of Jrock and visual kei-inspired clothing, including T-shirts and sweatshirts each month. Premiering this project, the first t-shirt design titled VISUAL ROCK was released on  September 13.

We wanted something very minimal which incorporated the words “visual” from visual kei (a sub0genre of Japanese rock music) with the rock, from rock music for this shirt. Taking some inspiration from bold black and white prints found on streetwear, the over-sized design with energetic and rock-vibe script typography screams out to draw people with a similar music interest at concerts and shows but is subtle enough for everyday wear.
