To maintain a modern and fresh look for the small businesses, startups and DIY business audience, I was put in charge of leading and managing the brand’s visual identity. This included setting a structured and defined brand strategy to best convey the value and personality of the Clear Books brand.
This allowed for our team to go back to the drawing board as this opportunity also opened up for a lot of flexibility for design and branding as there was no specific style-guide to follow which therefore meant consistency was often a problem for both digital and print materials. This also meant we could design with accessibility in mind, making it easier for those hard of sight.
In the end, we produced a guideline to show how the the typography, colour palette, how the right style of imagery should look like and also a short summary of the tone of voice of this company.
